Well, the first issue is easy to handle if you dare to venture out of your comfort zone. But don’t think that it is something that is hard to do. All you need to do is just to practice smiling with women. Smiling is an indication of confidence and being at ease.
Just go to the mall or wherever there are lots of women. Whenever you see women, just give them a smile. It doesn’t matter whether they are young or old, attractive or not that attractive. What you want to learn is to be able to smile naturally and confidently at women in any situation.
Chances are, most of them will smile back at you and a few might give you the hostile look, but that is fine. Maybe they just happen to be in a bad mood. Do not let them drag you down.
In fact, you can smile at men too. Remember again, this is just a way to practice smiling. Once you are comfortable with smiling, your confidence will increase automatically.
As for the second issue of not having the skills to attract women, well, there is only one way. Learn from guys who are more successful than you. Why would you want to waste time figuring out what you need to do when there are proven methods that you can easily learn from others?
And even better, learn from women who are honest enough to reveal what they really want from men. Noticed that I mention "honest enough"? The fact is most women will never tell you the truth.
They will tell you politically correct answer that they like nice guys, leaving you wondering why they are attached to the bad boys out there.
